URGENT: Permission slips for Saturday's STAKE YOUTH CONFERENCE

The stake has alerted us that every youth that attends STAKE YOUTH CONFERENCE needs to fill out the form at the link below. 

Please print out the form at the link (you only need to fill in the top half as they made these 2 per sheet) and send them with your youth at 7:30 on Sat. morning.
