Cam, could you input this information into teh second tab (YW template). I helped them lay out the YW template look and I think adding birthdays and Quorum Pres. information would help. Thanks a lot!

1-Chair setup in Jan. for Primary
I have heard the YM need to provide assistance here. Please confirm. If so, I'll reach out to Laura to get a map of how she likes it.
BISHOP: Yes please. This was talked about in our last Ward Council meeting just prior to you getting sustained. Please call Laura.
2-Sis C. Burdett
Does she still need pellets weekly? I can call to find out if needed.
BISHOP: I believe it is weekly, but please give her a call to confirm.
3-Status?
Braden Weidmer and Johan Thome (B-23)
I found notes on these two in Scott's old agendas. We discussed them a bit, but I'd love any insight into how the families are doing and if a visit by the YM would be good (not sure of any family nuances or situations that need to be understood)
BISHOP: Johan Thome's mother and brothers come most weeks, but he refuses to come to church. He is Priest age, and I believe this would be a wonderful visit for you, Jake, AP and me. Braden Weidmer comes to activities when he can. He splits his time between his mother who lives in our ward and his father who lives in Orem. He seems to get along with Alec when he comes, so I think he feels welcome. It is just a matter of getting his mother out to church. By the way, he has come on some weekday activities. I believe Matt has his mother's cell phone number and advises her on all activities. You may want to confirm.
RICK: We need to invite both to Youth Conference. There is some connection between Ben Perez and Johan (they know each other but that is about it)
4-I'd really like to focus some efforts on Lance N. and the Perez boys. I home teach Ben and Lucas, so understand that situation pretty well but not perfectly. I was thinking of talking to Gary to understand more of the Lance situation. Any thoughts on either of them, or any other YM that we should focus on right now?
BISHOP: I totally agree!! Lance has been a concern for quite some time. I think reaching out to him would be a wonderful thing. We are talking about potentially using him as the DJ for Youth Conference. Ben and Lucas are also a concern as you know. Focusing your efforts on them would also be a great thing!!
RICK: I spoke with Cory about using Lance as a DJ yesterday. I think we left off that Cory was going to reach out to Lance with the approach that with Cory's physical condition, he will need some help with DJing and was hoping he would come to assist
